Brief Description:

The City of Cleveland Department of Public Health maintains operations in the J. Glen Smith, McCafferty, Miles-Broadway and Tremont health centers. The project work to be done at these locations is the installation of rolling shutters, emergency lighting and door alarms, new signage, interior cosmetic improvements(painting, carpet ,ceiling tiles etc.), mechanical system upgrades, new exterior windows and new emergency generator and transfer switch. Each facility requires some degree of improvement.

Specific Role:

Prime design consultant produced the schematic design, design development and construction documents. bid negotiation and construction administration.
