Pump house structure above grade (elev. 582) it is located above a combined sewer outflow (CSO). The space is divided into two spaces, a wet well and a dry well area. These areas house regulating equipment and access to the pumps and outflow area for maintenance and cleanout. The structure consists of masonry walls, concrete panel roof and concrete floor over well chamber below. My firm was the architectural consultant firm for Wade Trim.
